How to Use the Campaign Filing Feature to Organize Popups?

The new campaign filing feature in Popupsmart is designed to help users stay more organized by categorizing their campaigns into folders. This feature is available for specific subscription plans and enhances the user experience by providing better campaign management and navigation.

  1. Organize Campaigns into Folders
    • Users can create folders to group related campaigns together.
    • Folders can contain multiple campaigns for streamlined management.
  2. View Campaigns by Folder
    • Campaigns within a specific folder can be listed and viewed exclusively.
    • Navigate between folders easily using the side menu.
  3. Access All Campaigns
    • Users can view all their campaigns, regardless of the folder, by selecting the "Popup Campaigns" option from the side menu.

How to Use the Folder Structure?

1. Creating a Folder

1. Navigate to the "Popup Campaigns" section in the Popupsmart dashboard.

2. Click on the "+ Create Folder" button located in the sidebar.

3. Enter a name for the folder and click "Create."

2. Moving Campaigns to a Folder

1. Select the campaign(s) you want to organize.

2. Click the "Move to Folder" button.

3. Viewing Campaigns by Folder

1. Select a folder from the sidebar to view only the campaigns within that folder.

2. To view campaigns in subfolders, expand the folder by clicking the dropdown arrow next to it.

4. Accessing All Campaigns

1. Click on the "Popup Campaigns" option in the sidebar.

2. This will display every campaign, regardless of which folder they are in.

Tips for Effective Organization

  • Group by Campaign Type: Create folders for different campaign categories, such as "Holiday Promotions," "Product Launches," or "Seasonal Sales."
  • Regular Maintenance: Periodically review and reorganize your folders to keep your campaigns easily accessible.

Subscription Plan Requirements

The folder structure feature is available for users in Pro and higher plans. To access this feature:

  1. Check your current subscription plan under "Account Settings."
  2. Upgrade your plan if necessary to unlock folder management capabilities.
