Murathan Yıldırım is a computer engineer and product-driven entrepreneur building SaaS products at the intersection of AI, conversion optimization, and customer experience. He began his career in the corporate world at Oracle, where he gained hands-on experience in large-scale systems and enterprise technology.

After leaving the corporate environment, Murathan co-founded Flatart, a digital agency focused on growth marketing and digital product strategy. Working closely with startups and growing businesses, he helped brands scale through experimentation, UX optimization, and data-driven growth.

In 2019, he transitioned from agency work into the SaaS market, turning real-world growth experience into scalable products built specifically for platforms like Shopify and other e-commerce ecosystems. He is the COO of Popupsmart, an AI-driven SaaS conversion optimization tool used by e-commerce brands worldwide, and the founder of LiveChatAI, an AI-powered customer support platform designed for modern online businesses.
