Does Popupsmart Sell or Share Personal Information?

Popupsmart Inc. does not sell your personal information to third parties in exchange for monetary compensation.

However, under the CCPA's broad definitions, certain uses of third-party advertising and analytics technologies on our website may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. These include:

• Google Ads (AdWords): May collect identifiers and browsing activity for remarketing purposes.

Option 2: Email Us

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" and include your full name and email address.

Option 3: Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor Global Privacy Control signals. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we will automatically treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser. No additional action is needed on your part.

Option 4: Manage Cookies Directly

You can also limit sharing by disabling third-party cookies and opting out of advertising platforms individually:

• Google Ads Settings — manage or disable personalized ads from Google.
• Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on — prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data.
• Facebook Ad Preferences — opt out of interest-based ads from Facebook.
• Twitter Interest-Based Ads — opt out of personalized ads from Twitter.
• Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) — opt out from participating advertising companies.

What Happens After You Opt Out

• We will process your request within 15 business days.
• Third-party advertising cookies will be disabled for your account or browser session.
• You may still see advertisements from Popupsmart, but they will not be personalized based on your browsing activity on our website.
• Opting out will not affect your ability to use our service. We will not deny you access, charge you differently, or reduce the quality of service because you exercised this right.
• If you clear your cookies or use a different browser or device, you may need to opt out again or enable GPC on that browser.

What This Does Not Cover

Opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information does not:

• Delete your personal information — to request deletion, please visit our CCPA Compliance Page or email [email protected].
• Opt you out of all data collection — we still collect information necessary to provide our service, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.
• Affect data shared with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract (e.g., Stripe for payments) — these are not considered "sales" or "sharing" under the CCPA.
