Do you have a campaign specific to an operating system/s? Then, you can set up your popup campaign to show only on certain operating systems such as iOS, macOS, Android, Windows, Linux, or Chromium.
By default, all Popupsmart campaigns are set to display on all devices.
Follow the steps below to change the default operating system targeting settings.
1. Go to the Target section (third step) on your popup editor screen.
2. Click on Audience and select Operating System to configure which operating systems you wish to display your campaign on.
3. Then, check the boxes next to the operating systems you want to target. Finally, click the Save button before closing the modal window.
Important: To target mobile operating systems like Android and iOs, you must activate your popup for mobile devices. To enable your campaign for mobile, go to Target > Visitor Device > Mobile > Save.
4. Don’t forget to save your campaign from the top right corner. If your popup is ready to publish, click on the Save & Publish button.
All set. If your popup doesn’t show up on your website even though you saved and published it, check if your campaign status is on or;
Use the Debug Mode to detect the issue. You can access the Debug Mode by clicking on the bug icon from the right middle corner in your popup editor screen.
