Do you need to cancel your subscription with Popupsmart? Sorry to hear that, but of course, you can cancel your subscription anytime.
❗️Important: All payments are managed by Stripe. They do not issue a refund automatically when you cancel your account. If you would like to receive a refund within your first 14 days of use, please contact the Popupsmart team and request a refund.
Follow this guide to cancel your subscription with Popupsmart:
1. Log in to your Popupsmart dashboard and navigate to "Invoices" by clicking “Accounts" from the bottom left. You will be directed to Stripe’s page.
2. Click the “Cancel plan” option under your current plan section.
3. Click "Cancel" again.
🔔 Note that if you have paid and have an ongoing membership, you may continue using Popupsmart until the payment period ends.
For instance, if you paid for a subscription at the beginning of the month and want to cancel your account, you may use our services until the end of the month.
Then, your subscription will be automatically canceled for the next month regarding your request.
