What is Popupsmart’s Agency Plan?

Popupsmart's Agency Plan is designed to help agencies easily manage campaigns for multiple clients in one account. With the ability to create separate workspaces for each client, you can efficiently organize and track campaigns while keeping each client’s popup campaign data independent.

What is included in the Agency Plan?

Multiple Workspaces

You can create a separate workspace for each of your clients. This ensures that popup campaigns, settings, and data are organized and isolated, making it easier to manage each client's needs independently.

Unique Embed Codes

Each workspace comes with its own unique embed code. This allows you to track and display campaigns for different clients without confusion.

Independence Between Clients

Workspaces operate independently, meaning that settings and campaigns in one workspace will not affect those in another. This gives you full control over each client’s campaigns, ensuring a clean separation of data.

Client Access

You can invite clients to their specific workspace, granting them access to create and manage their own campaigns. This feature allows clients to have direct control over their campaigns, while still maintaining overall popup campaign management under your agency account.

Custom Branding

Instead of displaying the Popupsmart logo on the dashboard, you can upload your agency’s logo to maintain consistent branding. This adds a professional touch and reinforces your brand identity while managing your clients' campaigns.

How to Use the Agency Plan Feature

1. After logging into your Popupsmart account, go to the Workspaces section in your dashboard to create a workspace for a client and click Create New Workspace. Name each workspace according to your client for easy identification.

2. Then, you can go for creating a new popup campaign for your client in their separate workspace. Each workspace operates independently, so you can adjust all campaign settings.

3. To give a client access to their workspace, navigate to the workspace settings and send an invitation with login details. Once they log in, they can create and manage their own campaigns directly within their designated workspace.

💡 Please note that each workspace’s pageviews and other usage statistics are connected to the main agency account. This means that the total usage across all workspaces will be reflected in the main account’s usage metrics. Keep this in mind when managing multiple clients to ensure you stay within your usage limits.
