• When you exceed the pageview limit and the auto-extend checkbox is enabled, you will be charged $10 for every additional 10,000 pageviews. If you exceed the limit ten times or more in a month, meaning you surpass 90,000 pageviews in a month, we will cap the charge at $99 until you reach 250,000 pageviews. If your overage exceeds 250,000 pageviews, we will bill you an additional $99 for each additional 250,000 pageviews.

• Every extra 500 emails will incur a $5 charge. This consolidated format should make it easier for users to understand the pricing calculations and reactivation process.

• For yearly plans, if you're on a yearly plan and have not paid additional usage fees for two consecutive months, the auto-extend feature for both emails and pageviews will be automatically disabled. You can reactivate it by checking the respective checkboxes, but please note that outstanding invoices must be settled.

One page view is counted each time a page of your website is loaded. You can see your pageview on Google Analytics. The page view limits are monthly. It is automatically reset every month.

Yes you can. If you are a monthly member, you can downgrade your membership within the current month. If it is your first month, your money will be refunded when you do it within 7 days. If you are an annual member, you must cancel your membership within 15 days to receive a refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations exceeding 15 days.
