How to Measure the Value Generated by Popupsmart?

Popupsmart will help you to collect leads and increase the revenue generated from your website.

In order to measure how much revenue has been driven or collected leads via Popupsmart you can go to Overview Page.

Total Leads

Via clicking the Total Leads, you can see the collected leads within the time frame you have selected via the date picker.

Driven Revenue

Driven Revenue is the revenue that Popupsmart helps you to generate. When a visitor performs any action reported as a conversion (like filling out a form or clicking on the "Call to action" button on the Popupsmart campaign) and makes a purchase within 5 days after the conversion, this will be attributed to our Driven Revenue calculation.

  • For Shopify Stores, you do not need to do anything in order to see the Driven Revenue in the Overview Page. It automatically comes to our end and we attribute the related revenues.
  • For non-Shopify Stores, you should implement Google Analytics e-commerce and purchase events should be coming to the data layer. You can refer to the GA4 Documentation about how to measure e-commerce and set-up purchase event.

Interaction

Interaction refers to the popup clicks excluding close actions.

Via clicking the interaction you will be able to see the collected leads within the the time frame you have selected via the date picker.

Conversion Rate

Conversion Rate is the ratio of popup actions to the total number of times the popup is shown.
