Sending Collected Leads to Shopify Customers

Learn how to automatically send collected emails and phone numbers from your popup to Shopify Customers using the Publish step integration.

You can automatically send collected emails and phone numbers from your popup to Shopify Customers. Once enabled, every new subscriber will sync directly to your Shopify customer list without any extra steps.

How to Enable

Open the Publish Step

Open your popup campaign and go to the Publish step. Under the Integrations section, you will see the Shopify Customer toggle.

Turn on the Shopify Customer toggle, then click the arrow > to open Field Mapping.

Map Your Popup Fields

In the Shopify Customer Field Mapping dialog, map your popup form fields to the corresponding Shopify customer properties:

Field Mapping

Once sent, the data will appear in the Customers section on the left menu of your Shopify admin.

Save and Publish

Click Save to confirm your field mapping. Make sure your popup campaign is Published so that new submissions start syncing automatically.

Where to See Subscribers

After enabling the integration, new contacts created from your popup submissions will appear under:

  • Shopify Admin > Customers

That's it! Once activated, new subscribers will sync automatically to your Shopify store.
