Match Fields

On the Match fields tab, map your popup fields to Salesforce properties.

For example:

Popupsmart FieldSalesforce Property
EmailEmail
NameFirst Name
Last NameLast Name
PhonePhone

For each row, pick a Data Source — a Form Field is data your visitor types into the popup, while a System Field is data Popupsmart collects automatically, such as location and city.

You can add additional mappings by clicking Add matching.

Test the Connection

Before saving your configuration, click Test Connection. Popupsmart will verify that:

  • Authentication is valid.
  • Salesforce is reachable.
  • Field mappings are configured correctly.

If the test succeeds, click Save.

Enable the Integration

Once saved, Salesforce will appear under Integrations with the Connected status.

You can enable or disable the integration anytime using the toggle, and you can edit the configuration later by clicking the edit icon.

How It Works

When a visitor submits your popup:

  1. Popupsmart captures the submitted information.
  2. The mapped fields are sent to Salesforce.
  3. A new Lead or Contact is created automatically.

Only the fields you map are transferred to Salesforce.
