How to Check Email Automation Analytics

Email automation analytics provide valuable insights and data to help you thoroughly analyze and gain a deeper understanding of your email automation campaigns. 

By utilizing email automation analytics, you can track and measure the performance of your campaigns, identify trends and patterns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize your email marketing strategies.

  • You can filter analytics by selecting the campaign name from the dropdown menu in the email automation section.

  • You can view the daily, weekly, and monthly changes of the email automation campaigns through a graph. Additionally, you can choose which metric to display on the graph.

  • You can find the metrics below to analyze deeply:
Email Sent: The total number of emails dispatched from your campaign to the intended recipients.
Delivered: The number of emails that were successfully delivered to the recipient's inboxes.
Delivered - Rate: The proportion of emails that successfully reach the recipients' inboxes compared to the total number of emails sent.
Open: The total count of times recipients opened the email.
Open-Rate: The ratio of the number of recipients who opened the email to the total number of delivered emails.
Click: The total number of times recipients clicked on one or more links contained in the email.
Click-Rate: The percentage of recipients who clicked on one or more links within the email, calculated against the total number of delivered emails.
Unsubscribers: The total number of recipients who chose to unsubscribe from your email list after receiving an email.
Unsubscribers - Rate: The rate at which recipients unsubscribe from your email list after receiving an email.
Bounce: The total count of sent emails that were not successfully delivered to the recipient's inboxes.
Bounce - Rate: The total count of sent emails that were not successfully delivered to the recipient’s inboxes.
Invalid Emails: The emails sent to invalid or non-existent email addresses
