How to Track Your Referrals, Rewards, and Analytics

This article explains how affiliates can track their referrals, rewards, and performance using the Partner Portal, powered by Cello.

What Is the Partner Portal?

The Partner Portal provides affiliates with a complete dashboard experience to:

  • Access their unique affiliate link
  • Track referral signups and purchases
  • Monitor earned rewards and commissions
  • View detailed performance analytics

Once invited, partners can manage everything related to the affiliate program from this portal. To access your portal, you can reach out to [email protected] to get your invitation.

How Affiliates Get Access to the Partner Portal

Access to the Partner Portal is provided by invitation.

Here’s how it works:

  1. You are added as a partner
  2. You receive an email invitation to the Partner Portal
  3. You complete the signup process
  4. You gain access to your partner dashboard

After completing signup, you can immediately start tracking referrals and rewards.

Partner Portal Interface Overview

The Partner Portal offers a dashboard experience similar to the main app, but with one key difference:

👉 You only see data related to your own referrals.

This ensures full transparency while keeping partner data private.

Partner Analytics: Tracking Your Performance

The Partner Portal includes detailed analytics to help you understand how your referrals perform.

Analytics Overview (Home Page)

On the Home page, you’ll see a high-level overview, including:

  • Referral activity
  • Signup performance
  • Reward progress

This gives you a quick snapshot of how your affiliate efforts are performing.

Full Funnel Analytics

For deeper insights, the Partner Portal provides full-funnel tracking through:

  • New User Signups
  • Track users who signed up using your affiliate link
  • New User Purchases
  • Track which referrals converted into paying customers

This allows you to understand where users drop off and where conversions happen.

Why Affiliate Analytics Matter

Tracking your analytics helps you:

  • Identify which channels perform best
  • Optimize your messaging and content
  • Increase conversion rates
  • Grow long-term affiliate revenue

Affiliates who regularly review their analytics tend to earn more over time.
